Current students receive priority for study rooms and may make reservations up to 1 week in advance.
Faculty and staff may request to use a room at the time of need and should inquire at the Library Help Desk for availability.
Study rooms may be reserved for up to two hours at a time in increments of four 30-minute time slots.

The Salem State University Library offers a family-friendly study room option for students, faculty, and staff. The designated study room is located in room 219. It can accommodate one family at a time and offers a family-friendly place for parents/guardians to study and work on projects with their children present. The rooms do not provide childcare, but offer a safe and secure location with amenities more conducive to studying with a child present.
